Castle is on high ground with access from visitor centre via timber road bridge and steep concrete ramp and steps. Wheelchairs restricted to visitor centre only. Buggy access difficult.

There are 8 benches.

Short stay pay and display car park immediately outside the visitor centre.

There are pay and display disabled  spaces.

Visitor toilets on lower level of visitor centre with baby change facilities.

Disabled toilet.

Induction loop.
