The Act has therefore been complemented by an integrated body of policy, advice and guidance that will help to keep the management of the Welsh historic environment in step with the modern conservation philosophy set out in our Conservation Principles. These publications will help local planning authorities, third sector groups, owners and developers to manage change in the historic environment.
