Come to one of our Santa sessions!

Santa sessions include entry to Santa's Grotto, plus:

  • write a letter to Santa
  • listen to a Christmas story
  • decorate a Christmas card
  • Christmas craft activity

Finish with a hot chocolate, purchased in our delightful tea room.

Please book your children’s Santa Grotto tickets online in advance.

Saturday 7, Sunday 15 and Saturday 21 December - English sessions.

Sunday 8, Saturday 14 and Sunday 22 December - Bilingual sessions.

Please arrive at the start of your session: our team will ensure you enter the Grotto as quickly as possible but please bear with us if there is a short delay.

(Please note: Cadw monument passes and non-Cadw promotions are not valid for this event).

How to book

  • Click Book now and select your required tickets according to age range. (we offer 3 ticket types from 0–17yrs)
  • Select your time slot
  • Proceed to checkout (all Santa tickets must be booked in advance).

When you visit

  • please bring proof of your online booking with you
  • present your QR code for us to scan (you can display this on your mobile device or bring a hard copy)
  • purchase your additional adult visitor admission tickets to enter the castle.

All Santa Grotto tickets cover children’s admission to the castle and entry to the grotto.
