Cadw is working in partnership with Casgliad y Werin Cymru – People’s Collection Wales to collect and share user-generated content created by individuals, schools, education and community groups engaging with Cadw sites.

By publishing your own items and collections on Casgliad y Werin Cymru – People’s Collection Wales you will be contributing to a Welsh Government-funded website dedicated to bringing together fascinating photographs, documents, audio and video recordings and stories which tell the stories of Welsh history, culture and the people of Wales.

If you would like to share pictures, photos, videos, or sounds created at or inspired by a visit to one of our sites, you can simply follow the How to …Register, Upload and Publish guides to upload them to Casgliad y Werin Cymru – People’s Collection Wales, and use the tag ‘cadw’ to help us find and share your content through the Cadw website.

Casgliad y Werin Cymru – People’s Collection Wales can also provide training, support and equipment to schools and community groups. You can find more information about this on the website.

If you’re looking for some inspiration about the ways you can unleash your creativity before, during or after a visit to a Cadw site there are loads of ideas, examples and resources available in our Arts, Crafts and Creativity pages. Don’t forget to use the tag ‘cadw’
