Unhappy with us? Here’s how to make a complaint
Cadw is committed to providing an excellent service. We value your views and aim to make continuous improvements to our services based on the information and feedback we receive. We welcome both positive and negative feedback and recognise that justified complaints give us the opportunity to learn from what happened, to put things right and to improve our services where we can.
We always appreciate feedback and are constantly looking for ways to improve our services. We are committed to dealing with and resolving complaints as quickly and as effectively as possible in a manner that is fair, open and transparent.
We believe you should be listened to, heard, understood and respected. We also believe that our staff should be treated in the same way. Please be polite and courteous in your dealings with us. We will not tolerate aggressive or abusive behaviour, unreasonable demands or unreasonable persistence either verbally or in writing. In instances where our staff encounter such behaviour, we reserve the right to review the way we communicate with you in dealing with your complaint.
Find out more about what we consider to be unacceptable customer behaviour and how we will respond.
We will not reinvestigate repeated complaints about the same issue where we are satisfied that we have responded appropriately and have done all we can to resolve matters. Where we request any further information to progress your complaint and we do not receive this within a reasonable timescale, we may close your complaint and take no further action.
If you’re not happy with the standard of service you have received, you can make a complaint under the Welsh Government complaints process
