Jewels of the Legion Children’s Trail
Follow the children’s trail and find out how Romans used jewels for style and status. These gemstones were once worn by Romans as rings and charms, but when they visited the baths, some slipped off and washed away! Archaeologists later found 88 gemstones hidden in the drains—the biggest treasure of its kind in Britain.
