Open Doors - 44 Vale Street, Mostyn Cottage

A grade 2 storeyed C18 house with probable earlier origins, set back from the street behind a generous high­walled forecourt. The High forecourt wall, probably of early C18 origin is heavy dressed, squared stone, with flat copings. There is a pair of piers with same copings to the front. The building is thought to have originated as a stable block and service wing for the adjacent Mostyn House, the C18 town house of the Mostyn family. The owner will be available to answer questions on timed tors of the exterior of the property.
