Springfield House is a Grade II listed building, neighbouring St. James Park in the historic area of Ffynone.

Since the property was built in the 1860s it has changed hands many times, and is now in use as a Buddhist meditation centre that runs classes, courses and retreats for the local Buddhist community and the general public.

For Open Doors, you're invited to the annual Open Day. Go along and enjoy a free taster meditation session, a tour of the beautiful historic Grade ll listed building, and relax with some tea and cake in the peaceful cafe or gardens. Invite your friends and family, or drop in on your own.

Everyone is welcome. No booking required.
