As of 6pm on Friday 16 October, people living in areas with a high-prevalence of coronavirus in the UK will not be able to purchase tickets to visit staffed Cadw sites

This affects the following areas:

Wales — All areas currently in local lockdowns.

England — All Tier 2 and 3 regions in England.

Scotland — Those areas of central Scotland under heightened restrictions.

Northern Ireland — All of Northern Ireland.

Anyone living in these areas who has already purchased a ticket to visit a Cadw site will be offered a full refund.

Until we’re able to welcome you back in person, why not visit some of our most iconic sites through our Open Doors Online virtual tours!

Designed to be compatible across all devices, all you’ll need is a desk-top computer, mobile phone or VR head-set to be fully-immersed inside your selected adventure.
