Cadw Survey Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice
Cadw is offering a chance to win a prize, as set out in paragraph 6 below in accordance with these general survey competition terms and conditions
- the competition will run for as long as the survey, which will be indefinitely, however Cadw may withdraw the survey at any time
- by participating in the competition you accept these general survey competition terms and conditions
- only tickets booked and redeemed thorough the online booking system on the Cadw website will receive an email link to the survey
- tour operator group visitors are not eligible for this competition.
How to participate
After your visit to your booked Cadw site you will receive an invitation to take part in the survey, please click the link to complete the survey.
Eligibility
In order to be eligible to participate in the competition a registered user must:
- answer all questions marked as required in the survey
- consent to participate in the competition in the survey
- not be an employee or supplier of Cadw or the Welsh Government
- complete the survey once for each Cadw site visited.
Prize draw and redemption
- Cadw will randomly select a winner four times a year on 1 March, 1 June, 1 September and 1 December (or the first working day following these dates)
- selection of winners is a completely random process over which Cadw exercises no judgment and no correspondence will be entered into in respect of competitions
- identities of winners will not be disclosed or published
- an email will be sent to the winner asking them to confirm the prize they wish to receive and the email address to send it to — winners must reply to the email within 5 days to redeem their prize
- successfully redeemed prizes will be sent to the winner by email within 30 days of receiving their redemption email
- those entries that are not winners will not receive further communication from Cadw about their entry and their contact details will be deleted
- by participating in the competition and accepting these general survey competition terms and conditions you consent to Cadw using your personal information to contact you if you are a winner.
