The Roman Caerleon Project Partnership would like to invite you to the Roman Baths for a free and unique sound experience. Listen to soothing sounds in this tranquil setting.

What to bring:  please bring your own water bottle, a yoga/exercise mat, blankets, cushions/pillows, and wear warm comfortable clothing.  

Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up your space. 

Important medical information 
Sound baths are not recommended if you have extreme sensitivity to sound (e.g. tinnitus), epilepsy or are in your first trimester of pregnancy.
