Open Doors - Llandudno Museum and Gallery
Llandudno Museum and Gallery is a multi-period museum run by a charitable trust. The Museum has six permanent galleries telling the stories of Llandudno's past from the earliest inhabitants, to the creation of the Victorian resort, and its place as a safehaven during the Second World War.
Discover when Llandudno held the Olympic Festival twice, where double agents were housed in WW2, and about the early conservationists campaigning to save the peregrine falcon.
As part of Open Doors 2025, Llandudno Museum is offering free entry on 6th and 20th, September, from 10am to 4pm. Come and explore the fascinating stories of Llandudno’s past – from ancient history to seaside holidays and wartime life. With interactive exhibits and family friendly displays, it’s the perfect opportunity to discover the hidden heritage of the town in one of its most historic buildings. Last Entry to the museum will be 3.15pm
