We are a public library with the local studies collection for Montgomeryshire, Maldwyn Treasures/Trysorau Maldwyn. Our collection includes local newspapers back to the late 19th century, old maps of the area, local books and publications including extensive works by local history groups. The library also has dedicated access to Ancestry.com and FindMyPast.co.uk for genealogical research.

We are planning an open day with guided access to all aspects of our local studies and local history collection, promoting what unique treasures and services the library has available.
