Newtown Library is a public library within Powys. It is a single story building with parking and good access. It holds the Local Studies Collection for Montgomeryshire including maps, newspapers reference and lending books

We are having a day an open day every Thursday 10am and 4pm during September,  where we showcase our local studies resources and invite local groups, such as the Civic Society and Montgomeryshire Genealogical Society in to show what other resources there are for Montgomeryshire.
