The Town Hall is on the top of the old Market Hall and is situated on Laugharne's cobbled market square. It the home of the ancient Corporation of Laugharne, which was created by Charter in 1290. The Corporation still meets every other Monday throughout the year, under the Direction of the Portreeve, and there are extensive written records of the affairs of the Corporation over the centuries. 

Open Doors will include talks on the history of Laugharne and its unique Corporation, and descriptions of its role as a Charity in the modern day.

The Town Hall is located at the end of the main street and is a landmark building with a clock tower.

By road - take the main road A4066 from St Clears to Laugharne. The Town Hall is in the middle of the town near the castle. Parking is available on The Strand (under the castle).

Public transport is via 222 service from Carmarthen. 

The Court Room is on the first floor, no wheelchair access.
