This historic hillside property is perfect for picnics and walks, and a great place to view the Brecon Beacons and Wye Valley. Follow in the footsteps of Lord Nelson and Lady Hamilton and view the unique Naval Temple.

On Saturday and Sunday visitors will be encouraged to join in the global phenomenon of rock painting. Decorate your own rock for posterity.                                                            

There'll be ‘Rock Painting’ on both days and ‘Water-colour Painting’ on Sunday as well. All materials will be provided free of charge and volunteers will be on hand to help guide your creativity.                                                                                          

Also on Sunday only, homemade cakes and refreshments will be sold.

Location - on top of The Kymin Hill, one mile east of Monmouth off A4136.

There is a narrow winding single lane access to the site. Mini-bus access is possible but no access for coaches.
