Queen Victoria Afternoon Tea Experience
Come to the castle for our Victorian Afternoon Tea event, and experience the elegance of Queen Victoria’s era.
There'll be interactive historical portrayals, and an exclusive tea service to watch, as Queen Victoria takes her afternoon tea at 3pm - 4pm in her tent (which will be decorated with a Victorian parlour theme).
Visitors are encouraged to join in with their own picnic or afternoon tea, near the tent. Please note that there are no facilities to offer food or refreshments on site - visitors will need to bring their own.
Queen Victoria will also answer any questions, and will give a short talk on what life was like at that time.

various items that visitors can view and try on - e.g. tiaras/crowns will be available for guest photos;
