Strength and Stillness in an Ancient Arena - celebrate Summer with a yoga session in the historic Caerleon Roman Amphitheatre.

Join us for a free guided yoga practice in this unique setting, surrounded by centuries of history and open skies.

Once a place of spectacle and endurance, the Roman amphitheatre will provide a space for calm, strength and movement. This special yoga class will blend strength work with slow, deliberate transitions and moments of quiet.

Explore stability through the legs, openness through the chest, and breathing techniques, all in an extraordinary location shaped by time.

Suitable for all levels.

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Comfortable clothing
  • Water bottle

Tickets must be booked in advance - online via the Cadw website.
