Open Doors - Trinity centre, Cardiff
Trinity Centre is a welcoming hub serving people seeking sanctuary and the local community. An average of 200 people come through the centre on a weekly basis. On many occasions the building has literally been the last refuge for those in need of shelter, food provisions, a hot meal or for those looking to make new friends. A former methodist church, the building has recently undergone renovations thanks to National Lottery Heritage Funding.
Join this free tea and tour where you'll find out more about the history of this former Methodist Church and its journey to where it is today as a welcoming community hub. There's also a chance to view the Trinity Exhibition that featured at the Museum of Cardiff over winter 2024 which tells Trinity's story in the voices of the people who were there.
