This event takes place in the basement of the headquarters building, on a secure site where people have to pass through a gatehouse, and so visitors will need to make a booking prior to attending.
The doors will be opened to the Heritage Centre (previously called Museum). The museum tells the story of policing in South Wales, from the Celts right through to the present day. Highlights include a reconstruction of a Victorian police cell and an Edwardian charge room.
